Do You Ship Outside The United States?
Yes - We currently ship around the world.  Customers are responsible for any import duties or tariffs.  Customers are responsible for making sure any item they order is legal for them to receive and possess. See our shipping information page for shipping costs.  We do not accept credit card orders from countries that have a reputation of having a large number of fraudulent credit card orders.  Currently these countries include Singapore, Nigeria and Russian Federation.

What about Import Duties and Taxes?
SOG Mall does not pay any import duties or taxes on your knife purchase.  If these are required by your country, the purchaser is responsible for them.

How Do I Order Automatic Knives?
We will only sell Automatic Knives to Law Enforcement and Military personnel.  To order automatic knives from us, we will need to verify that you are Law Enforcement or Military.  Send us a copy of your identification card, information on what you want to order, where you want it shipped and payment.  We will ship your order to you via UPS or USPS.  If you have any questions contact us.

For security, we use PayPal to process our of our credit card transactions.  PayPal policy does not allow them to process payments for automatic knives. 

We realize this is a little cumbersome but is the best way we have found to make sure automatic knives are only going to Law Enforcement and Military personnel and to comply with PayPal policies so we can continue to operate.  Thank you.

What About Order Errors?
SOG Mall reserves the right to correct obvious website pricing errors.  SOG Mall will also take appropriate action to correct order errors for our customers.  If you have an error when placing your order contact us.

What Is Your Return Policy?
RETURN POLICY
Products can be returned to SOG Mall for any reason within 30 days from the date shipped for a full refund of the purchase price.  The product must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition, along with the original packaging.  SOG Mall will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after shipment to the customer, excluding returns of a defective product.  Shipping will be refunded on defective or mis-delivered items.

Should you receive a product you feel is defective make sure you contact us.  You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization # before making a return.  Unfortunately, we can not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA# so that you get proper credit.  We will let you know where to return your product.  To obtain a RA#,e-mail us at support@sogmall.com,  or call us at (541) 523-3604. We will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.  RA#'s are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

What Is Cryogenic Heat Treatment?
SOG's unique cryogenic heat treatment process increases the toughness and wear resistance of their blades.
