SOG MALL POLICIES

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED.  Products can be returned to North American Knives for any reason within 30 days from the date shipped for a full refund of the purchase price.  The product must be returned in new, unused and unaltered condition, along with the original packaging.  North American Knives will not be obligated to accept any returns of products submitted more than 30 days after shipment to the customer, excluding returns of a defective product.  Shipping will be refunded on defective or mis-delivered items.

Should you receive a product you feel is defective make sure you contact us.  You will need to contact us for a Return Authorization # before making a return.  Unfortunately, we can not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA# so that you get proper credit.  We will let you know where to return your product.  To obtain a RA#,e-mail us at support@sogmall.com,  or call us at (541) 523-3604. We will give you a RA# that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.  RA#'s are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. 

SHIPPING POLICY
SOG Mall ships by UPS, USPS, FEDEX, DHL and other carriers for larger orders.  Orders are normally shipped by standard UPS Ground service or USPS Priority Mail.  In stock items will be shipped the next business day after the order is received.  We work with multiple warehouses to keep a ready supply of knives for our customers.  If we have to go to another warehouse to fill your order we normally receive the shipments within 5 working days and your order is shipped out the next business day.  If we expect a delay of more than 10 business days in shipping your order we we will notify you by e-mail of the delay so you can make an informed buying decision. We will send the e-mail to the e-mail address used when the order was placed.

UNITED STATES: There is a flat $9.95 shipping charge.

CANADA:  Shipping to Canada is $15 more than the shipping rates for the United States.

ALL OTHER LOCATIONS:  Shipping to all other locations is only $39.95 more than the shipping rates for the United States for all orders up to 15 pounds.

NOTE: CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES OR TAXES.  When we ship SOG products Internationally we label them as merchandise unless you contact us and let us know it is a gift.  We declare the full value of the shipment.
